Proven delivery across various Gov departments
We are seeking an experienced National Government Director to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne and build out our government division. You will ideally have worked for over 3-4 years on a Gov Desk and worked across the following schemes:
NSW:
- 0007 Scheme (G/H/I)
- 0012 Scheme
- Buy ICT / Digital Marketplace
- SCM20 (UniX)
ADL:
- SA Health (Latitude & UniX)
- E-Projects (UniX)
- Tender Link (UniX)

We have delivered on various search assignments and we are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced executive search director to help us build on what we have done so far and help us accelerate this further.The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and developing relationships with executive and highly skilled professionals, having the ability to understand the needs of the business and reacting swiftly to the ever-changing market.This position requires exceptional sales and recruitment skills, a strong technical understanding and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of developing long-term relationships and negotiating with senior staff.We are looking for an individual with the following key attributes:
- Extensive experience in senior-level recruitment across Gov departments
- Thorough knowledge of the design and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Strong understanding of technical aspects related to the sector
- Proven record of successfully managing and developing networks
- Highly organised and results-driven
- Ability to build out a Gov delivery team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
